Le RSA ne tient pas compte non plus des diverses augmentations d¹ impôts qu' entraîne la reprise d¹un travail, ni de la perte de la CMU complémentaire.
Le RSA, prévu de 100 à 200 euros par mois, ne compensera donc pas, de très loin, les pertes et charges supplémentaires encourues par celui qui reprend un travail. Pour inciter à reprendre un travail le RSA n¹aura pas plus d¹effet que les primes d¹ « intéressement » actuelles. Le passage du temps partiel au temps plein sera moins rémunérateur qu¹actuellement.
Les caisses d¹allocations familiales n¹auront pas plus de motivation pour le contrôler qu¹elles n¹en ont pour le RMI, qui lui aussi n¹est pas financé par elles. Etant plus élevé que le RMI, et versé à trois ou quatre fois plus de bénéficiaires, le RSA sera encore plus fraudé.
